It is submitted that mistakenly in the order dated 02.01.2023 deposited amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- has not been deducted from the amount of entitlement. Therefore, Insurance Company is directed to deposit the rest amount of the award modified by this court after deducting a sum of Rs.12,00,000/- which was already paid in compliance with the award promulgated by the learned Tribunal.

Other portion of the order dated 02.01.2023 shall remain unchanged.

This order may be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 02.01.2023 in connection with FMA 265 of 2004.
