The petitioner is the plaintiff, who prays for expeditious disposal of Money Suit No.148 of 2019, which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Howrah.

It is submitted that the defendant has been changing his learned advocates and praying for adjournments. This Court is not in a position to ascertain the correctness of such submissions. However, the learned court must endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously and ensure that unnecessary adjournments are not granted. A copy of the revisional application, along with a server copy of this order be served upon the opposite party and/or the learned advocate contesting the matter on behalf of the opposite party in the learned court below.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
