Present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.837 of 2024 from the court of learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur to any other court in the District of Howrah and preferably before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge at Uluberia.

Learned counsel for the opposite party has fairly submitted that matter may be transferred to the learned District Judge at Howrah.

In view of the submissions of the opposite party let Matrimonial Suit No.837 of 2024 pending before the learned Additional District Judge at Durgapur be transferred to the court of learned District Judge at Howrah with a court of competent jurisdiction under learned District Judge at Howrah.

Copy of the order be sent to the transferee court to transferor court.

Petition stands disposed of.
