1. This revisional application is directed an order dated February 4, 2026 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.) Dubrajpur, Birbhum in Title Execution Case no. 17 of 1976 whereby the Nazir of the Court had been directed to execute the writ of possession by breaking upon the padlock at the suit property with the help of police.

2. It is noticed that the co-ordinate Bench of this Court has in the order dated February 17, 2026 recorded that the writ for delivery of possession has been executed.

3. Mr. Debasish Roy, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the opposite parties as handed up to Court the copy of the order dated February 11, 2026 wherefrom it appears that the learned Executing Court has recorded that the execution case is disposed with full satisfaction.

4. In such view of the matter, the present revisional application has lost its force and the same accordingly disposed of.

5. Accordingly, C.O. 485 of 2026 stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
