Copy of the proceeding of the hearing by the Administrator, Domkal Municipality has been produced in Court today. It appears therefrom that opportunity of hearing was given to both the parties and a formal order has been passed by the Administrator, Domkal Municipality upon consideration of the representation of the petitioner.

It is mentioned therein that the Municipality has not approved any building plan for construction over the disputed plot being LR Plot No. 910, JL No. 43 of MouzaLakshminathpur to an extent of 0.04 acre. No construction has been found to be erected over the subject plot.

Let a copy of the order passed by the Administrator be retained with the records and a copy of the same be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the parties.

The parties will be at liberty to take necessary steps on perusal of the said order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
