Masud ..for the State The petitioner has made a representation before the Secretary as well as the President, West Bengal Central School Service Commission for awarding of six extra marks for wrong questions given in the 12th RSLT for the post of Assistant Teacher in Telugu Medium School. Reference is made to decisions of this Court in W.P. No.31508(W) of 2012 and W.P. No.5589(W) of 2018.
In those circumstances, the Secretary and the President, West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall consider the petitioner's representation at page 50 of the writ petition after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his legal representative within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The petitioner shall serve a copy of the writ petition along with this order to the respondents.
There shall be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
