Report demonstrate that there are call details recording between the petitioners and the person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotics and another co-accused. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioners are unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985. Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 597 of 2023 is dismissed.
