Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 77 days and there are no materials to implicate the present petitioner, neither there was any recovery and the police authorities are vindictively investigating the case for foisting the petitioner with grievous charges.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that from the mobile phone of the petitioner certain monetary transactions digitally revealed between the two persons. Petitioner is operating by joining hands with the other person. The police authorities would be submitting supplementary charge sheet.

Having considered the period of detention and the investigation in the larger perspective being continued, at this stage, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for granting bail.

Petitioner will renew his prayer for bail after the supplementary charge sheet is submitted by the Investigating Agency.

Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 284 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
