Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by an order dated 14.02.2025 in CRM (A) 488 of 2025, inter alia, on the condition to meet the I.O. once a week until further orders. The petitioner has been duly complying with the said condition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition to meet the I.O.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, I am inclined to waive the condition to meet the I.O. once a week. The rest of the condition shall remain the same.

With the above directions and observations, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed.
