Considering the submission of the petitioner and on perusal of the writ petition it appears that the grievance of the petitioner is sitting over the Second Appeal filed by the petitioner on 18th March, 2019 under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and non-disposal of the same by the Second Appellate Authority, i.e.

the Chief Information Commissioner, CIC.

Learned advocate for the petitioner relies on an unreported judgement dated 6th March, 2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in M.A.T. 610 of 2027(CAN 4942 of 2017) (Biplab Kumar Chowdhury vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

Considering the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by requesting the Chief Information Commission/Second Appellate Authority, the respondent no. 4 to dispose of the pending second appeal within a period of 45 days from the date of communication of this order.

Accordingly, W.P. 2279 (W) of 2020 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
