Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor submits that the direction of this Court has already been complied with and hands over relevant documents in that regard, which are kept on record.

None appears for the petitioner.

In view of the submission of the alleged contemnor, nothing remains in the contempt application, since the amountin-question has already been paid to the petitioner. Hence, CPAN 149 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs.

Liberty to the parties to mention the writ petition, alongwith pending applications, if any, before the appropriate Bench having determination.
