Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used to illegally transport narcotics i.e. 9.5 kgs. of ganja.

In view of the nature of the crime involving narcotics, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
