The writ petitioner complains of inaction by the Chanditala Police Station in tracing out her husband and dealing with misbehavior of the private respondent.
It is submitted on behalf of the Chanditala Police Station that the petitioner's statement has been recorded and the raids have been held at various places. Proceedings under Sections 107 and 116 of the Cr. P. C. have been taken out against the private respondent.
The O.C., Chanditala Police Station shall continue to make efforts of trace out the missing husband of the writ petitioner. In the event of any further complaint from the petitioner, Chanditala Police shall take appropriate action.
The writ petition is disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
