Two other dates previously fixed similarly went adjourned for the non appearance of the petitioner.

The instant revisional application is relatable to the year 2011, in which order issuing Warrant of Arrest, dated 14th June, 2005 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Fast Track Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, in Sessions Case No.97 of 2004 is subject of challenge. There is a separate CRAN application filed for condonation of delay of 68 months 6 days under Section 5 of the Limitation Act.

Petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this case. No use of getting the matter listed any more.

The revisional application being C.R.R.395 of 2011 stands dismissed.

Department to communicate this order to the learned court below concerned within a week from hence.
