Petitioner has complied with the conditions of bail imposed on him.

In view of the aforesaid circumstance, conditions of bail imposed upon the petitioner, that is, not to leave the jurisdiction of Golabari P.S and report to the Officer-in-Charge, Golabari P.S once in a week are waived.

He shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not tamper with evidence or intimidate witnesses in any manner whatsoever.

Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, the application for relaxation of conditions of bail being CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
