And In Re : Hasina Bibi ...... petitioner Mr. Asraf Mondal ...for the petitioner Ms. Sayanti Santra ...for the State A typographical error in the name of the learned advocate for the State appearing in the order dated February 13, 2024 be corrected.

Mr. S. Sarkar be replaced as Ms. Sayanti Santra as appearing for the State.

Department will incorporate such correction in the order dated February 13, 2024.

Other parts of the order dated February 13, 2024 shall remain same.
