...... petitioners Ms. Minoti Gomes Ms. Dona Sanyal ...for the petitioners Mr. Bitasak Banerjee ...for the State Wife expired. Post Mortem report apparently suggests that the death was due to hanging.

Petitioners before us are in-laws of such victim. Materials in the case diary do not rule out to the requirement of interrogation of the petitioners. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
