The present revisional application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2015 among other reliefs.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

Considering the nature and dispute the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the District Magistrate, South 24 Paraganas, Alipore shall direct an appropriate officer to dispose of the said application dated 16.11.2015 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law on the basis of relevant documents with the land department.

A right of hearing be also given to the petitioner herein.

In case of the copy of the representation is not available with the respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to file a copy of the same.

The representation be disposed of by passing a reasoned order, within 60 days from date of this order. The result of the hearing be informed to the petitioner herein.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, being given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
