The application made by the petitioner/secured creditor before the District Magistrate, North 24 Parganas is pending for the last several months.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the District Magistrate has already proceeded in the matter.

WPA 3053 of 2023 is disposed of with the direction on the District Magistrate to complete the proceeding and decide on the application within 30 days from today.
