In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

The application has been preferred for modification of the conditions of bail which was granted on 18.02.2025 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the conditions which state that the petitioner shall meet with the Investigating Officer twice a week till submission of the charge-sheet. It has been submitted by the petitioner that he has complied with the conditions so imposed by this Court.

Learned advocate for the Union of India is present. Having regard to the time frame for which the petitioner

has been complying with the conditions, I am inclined to modify the earlier conditions so imposed, petitioner instead of meeting the Investigating Officer twice a week will meet with the Investigating Officer once in a month till further orders of this Court. So far as the other conditions so imposed, the same is retained till further orders of this Court.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
