1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner-husband of the victim poured poison in the mouth of his wife. She suffered homicidal death. Bail prayer of the petitioner has been rejected earlier on merits. We find no ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
