In view of the above, the petitioner will be at liberty to exhaust the provisions of the appeal under the relevant statute. No interference is called for. With the above observations, WPA 2320 of 2020 stands disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent bank will handover a copy of the order so passed to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
