Deficit Court fees have been paid;

acknowledgement thereof along with affidavit of service filed on behalf of the petitioners be kept with the record.

The petitioners are confirmed Assistant Teachers of two different primary schools under DPSC, Nadia, the respondent no. 6 herein, they are praying intra-district mutual transfer.

The representation of the petitioners to the said effect is pending consideration before the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no. 5 herein, the said representation dated

January 31, 2025 forms part of the writ petition being Annexure-'P/3 & 4'.

The respondent no.5 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, it is found that the learning process of the students of the respective schools of the petitioners would not be affected if the prayer of the petitioners is allowed, then the respondent no.6 shall take forward steps for mutual transfer of the petitioners.

WPA 3181 of 2025 is disposed with the above terms without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
