1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No.67 of 2020, pending before the Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Sealdah, District South 24 Parganas.

2. It is submitted that the suit before the trial Court is a suit for partition and is proceeding ex parte since 17.12.2024.

3. Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

4. Civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit pending for last 5 years, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

5. C.O. 487 of 2026 is disposed of.

6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
