State and the private respondents are represented. Learned advocate for the State submits that no compliant was lodged with the local police station. It appears from the records that the petitioner wrote letters to the Superintendent of Police and to various other authorities from time to time save and except the local police station.

In such circumstances, further interference by a writ court is not called for. As and when the petitioner lodges a compliant with the local police station, no doubt, local police station will take appropriate steps with regard thereto.

WPA 3688 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
