The learned Counsel for the State appears and produces a letter of instruction wherefrom it appears that there is a mismatch with the sections mentioned in cause title as it appears from the record that Gazole Police Station Case No. 209 of 2019 was instituted on 17th June, 2019 under sections 279/304A IPC.
