The grievance of the petitioner is directed against refusal of the respondent Distribution Company to consider the objections of the petitioners dated 18th January, 2021 and 25th January, 2021, respectively.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the Distribution Company being the respondent no.2 is represented and submits that the entire proposal for installing an electric connection at the premises of the petitioner has been dropped and the respondent no.1 is not taking any steps for installation of any Transformer or any apparatus on the premises of the petitioner. In view of the submissions of the respondent no.2, WPA 3691 of 2021 is disposed off.
