The respondent authorities submit that the grievance of the petitioners has been taken care and further submit that the payments have already been made by the petitioners and there is no situation present to take any coercive action against the petitioners.

In view of the above submission of the respondent authorities, this matter is disposed of.

All the demand notice issued by the respondent authorities which was under challenge in this writ application are of no effect after the order passed today.

Ms Banerjee, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the report submitted earlier by the respondent authorities was not correct.
