In the first paragraph of the order dated 13.02.2024 inadvertently instead of "Section 126 of the Code of Criminal Procedure" it has been typed as "Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure". The same may be read as "Section 126 of the Code of Criminal Procedure". This may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 13.02.2024.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections in the order dated 13.02.2024.
