This Public Interest Litigation has been filed challenging the engagement of the respondent nos. 8 and 9 as the Mentor and CoMentor of Dakshin Dinajpur Zilla Parishad. 2.

When this matter was listed on 25.11.2020, there was no appearance for the petitioner. We adjourned the matter to be listed on 02.12.2020. Even on that date, there was no appearance and the matter again was adjourned. Today also, there is no appearance for the petitioner.

We have gone through the material papers. We do not see that there is any element of public interest involved to be adjudicated through this writ petition.

In the result, we dismiss this writ petition.
