The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the State Information Commission has not disposed of the second appeal for information from the Police Recruitment Board.

Counsel for the State submits that a second appeal has been disposed of and the petitioner has also taken steps in terms of the order of the State Information Commission.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that her client has not received any information from the respondents till date.

In that view of the matter, Counsel for the respondents may furnish a photostat copy of the order passed by the State Information Commission and the

compliance made thereof to the Advocate-on-record of the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from date. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
