REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 462 of 2024 In Re:- In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Suri Police Station Case No. 432 of 2022 dated 18.02.2022 under Section 406/409/420/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

And In Re : Tarjen Sk alias Tarjan Sekh ...... petitioner Ms. Sima Ghosh ...for the petitioner Ms. Mamata Jana ...for the State Materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner collected money from the public working under a Micro Finance Company and did not deposit such money in the bank account of the public.

Notwithstanding the police filing charge sheet, we do not deem it appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner given the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
