It appears therefrom that none of the aforesaid authorities is taking any coercive step against the petitioners, as on date.

According to the Regulated Market Committee, the subject land is vested to the State and the Committee will take steps, in accordance with law, for removal of the unauthorized occupants. 5.

It appears that there is no imminent threat of either dispossession or demolition of the construction of the petitioners.

6.

It will be open for all the parties to avail necessary remedies as available in law.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Affidavit of service is taken on record.
