From the submissions made on behalf of the parties, it appears that an application made by the petitioners for permit, which had been deposited sometime in March, 2021, but the concerned authority has not come to a decision in regard to the same. Learned counsel appearing for the State seeks an opportunity to consider the application made by the petitioners and will come to a reasoned decision within three weeks from today.

As prayed for, three weeks time is granted to the State to pass a reasoned order upon hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioners and the same should be made available to the petitioner within four days from the date of such decision is taken. The petitioner will ascertain that the application was indeed made over to the concerned authorities in January, 2020 as claimed.

W.P.A.2339 of 2020 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
