Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits dispute arose out of a trifling matter. He prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record.

Assault on the victim shows fracture and other grievous injuries. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
