The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for transfer on medical ground is pending before the School Service Commission.

The School Service Commission shall dispose of the said application within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order, strictly in terms of the applicable laws and rules. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
