.... For the Respondent No. 4/Lalbaba College The grievance of the writ petitioner in the writ petition was that his result was not published insofar as the Semester - IV of his English Honours course was concerned at the respondent no.4 University.

Today, in course of the argument, Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the University of Calcutta had handed over the Grade-sheet wherefrom it appeared that, the result of the petitioner was ultimately published though after the writ petition was filed, in respect of the Semester - IV of his English Honours course.

Mr. Jayanta Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the result was handed over to his client on March 9, 2023 by the relevant college. A copy of the said

Grade-sheet, handed over by Mr. Chatterjee to this Court, is taken on record.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in this writ petition. Resultantly, this writ petition, WPA 3077 of 2023 stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
