Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioner filed the present writ petition praying for disbursing family pension and the death benefit of her deceased husband.

Learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the Pension Payment Order has already been issued on 18th July, 2022 wherein the details of the family pension to be received by the petitioner and the death-cum-retiring gratuity payable to the legal heirs has been indicated.

In view of the issuance of the Pension Payment Order, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further.

Copy of the Pension Payment Order dated 18th July, 2022 be retained with the records.

It is made clear that only issue of disbursement of the death benefits is decided by this Court in the present writ petition.

The petitioner will be at liberty to agitate the issue of appointment on compassionate ground in a separate proceeding, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
