The writ petitioners are contractual engineers with the PWD. They claim revision of their emoluments in terms with certain Government Circulars. The writ petitioners also claim to be similarly circumstanced as the petitioners in W. P. A. 10202 of 2020. By an order dated 19th January, 2021 this Court had passed directions on the Chief Secretary, Government of West Bengal to nominate a person to hear out the grievance of the writ petitioner.

Hence, in terms of the said decisions dated 19th January, 2021 (supra), the said petitioners shall be heard in the manner indicated in the said order within three months from date.

The petitioners herein may join the petitioners in W. P. No. 10202 of 2020. Any decision that may have already been taken by the State pursuant to W. P. No. 10202 of 2020 shall also be deemed to apply to the writ petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
