This revisional application involves a prayer for early disposal of the Ejectment Suit No. 19 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Sealdah, which was shifted to Barrackpore as learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court.

It is also found from the record that on 13th September, 2017 in connection with CO 316 of 2017, Hon'ble Justice Sanjib Banerjee issued a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Sealdah for expeditious disposal prefereably within the calendar year.

Nature of the prayer does not demand, in my opinion, service of notice upon the opposite party. Accordingly, the service upon the opposite party is dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore is requested to dispose of the suit being Ejectement Suit No. 19 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible providing sufficient

opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment. It is reported that concerned record in connection with Ejectment Suit No. 19 of 2016 is misplaced, and could not be placed before the learned Judge for hearing. Learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), 2nd Court Barrackpore is requested to take all necessary steps so that the record is placed before the court for expeditious disposal of the suit. Petitioners are at liberty to communicate this order to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore as well as to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party/defendant and his learned advocate appearing on behalf of the opposite party before the Trial Court.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.
