1. Mr. Sanjib Dan, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the State. His appearance may be regularized.

2. The revisional application reflects that the petitioner approached this Court for quashing of Domjur Police Station Case no. 569 of 2010 dated 14.10.2010 registered under Sections 363/366A/368 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The revisional application only contains FIR and the charge sheet. None of the documents under Section 207 of the Cr. P.C.

has been enclosed along with the revisional application. Further, the case is of the year 2010.

4. Having regard to the fact that charge sheet was filed 13 years ago, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings pending before the Learned Trial Court at this stage.

5. The petitioner would be at liberty to canvas all the points in course of the trial.

6. With the above observations, the revisional application being CRR 458 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

7. Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.

8. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
