Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) Limited has submitted a report indicating that it is willing to provide the electricity connection at the petitioner's premises by installing a loop meter from the existing meter board.

The petitioner has expressed no objection to this arrangement and agrees to comply with the necessary formalities.

In light of the above, there are no further issues to be decided in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to CESC Limited to provide the electricity connection at the petitioner's premises in accordance with this order, within one

month, upon the petitioner's compliance with all required formalities.

Accordingly, WPA 3220 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
