Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at the time when the application for bail was filed, the police were yet to file the chemical report with the jurisdictional Court. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the chemical report was subsequently obtained and that the police submitted supplementary charge sheet.

Considering the above-narrated facts and considering the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. C.R.M. 1400 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
