Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners are in custody for 329 days. The police filed charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioners is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, the petitioners were complaint in the offence of murder. The motor cycle used for the purpose of transporting the dead body was seized from the petitioner no. 2.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (DB) 506 of 2022 is dismissed.
