The writ petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that notwithstanding order of the State Information Commission, the information asked from the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission has not been supplied with.

The petitioner asked for OMR sheets, answer key and question booklet in respect of the work education examination for the post of assistant teacher conducted by the commission.

After the PIO rejected the same, the first appeal also came to be rejected and the petitioner approached the State Information Commission. The Commission is stated to have disposed of some of the appeals and some are still pending.

Counsel for the commission, however, submits that his client is willing to give all the information sought by the petitioners since the petitioners are 31 in number. In that view of the matter, the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission shall furnish the OMR sheets, answer key and question booklet to the petitioners in work education examination for the post of assistant teacher, conducted in the year 2021 within a period of three weeks from date.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
