The petitioner filed this revisional application under Sections 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging order dated 18.06.2014 passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Howrah in Case No.362C of 2014 whereby cognizance of offence was taken under Sections 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Administrative Notice was issued upon the petitioner through the Officer-in-Charge, Chatterjeehat, P.S. Howrah and the same has been served upon her.

Due to non-appearance of the petitioner on consecutive dates, the revisional application is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
