Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. He submits that the death was due to accidental falling of the victim.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the postmortem report of the victim and to the materials in the case diary.

De facto complainant is represented.

The investigations are inter alia under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The husband is still absconding. The postmortem report refers to the death due to the injuries.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 872 of 2022, is rejected.
