1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used to transport narcotics. His bail prayer was rejected on merits in October, 2023. There is hardly any change in circumstance since then. Thereafter date has been fixed for consideration of charge on 26.02.2024. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is thus rejected.

4. Trial court is directed to consider the issue of framing of charge on the next date so fixed and if it is unable to do positively within a month thereof and in the event charge is framed, to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion without unnecessary delay.

5. Parties shall communicate a copy of this order to the trial court for due compliance.
