None appears for the petitioner for the second consecutive date. The revisional application has been filed for setting aside of the order dated 05.12.2014 passed by Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai in G. R. Case No.126 of 2010 arising out of Khejuri Police Station Case No.31 of 2010, whereby the petitioner's prayer for further investigation in the case was rejected. I find that the petitioner is not diligent in proceeding with the revisional application.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application is dismissed for default.
