Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 197 bottles of phensedyl syrup was recovered from the petitioner. His bail prayer was rejected in October, 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
